Signed Waiver/Release
The student is required to submit this form before departing for study abroad. By signing this statement, the student agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the University of Mary Washington from and against any claim which he/she, the parents/guardian, or any other person may have for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with participation in study abroad. This release is included as a part of the electronic application and is signed electronically by the student when applying.
