Every year, the White House Historical Association puts out a new Christmas ornament, inspired by the history of the President's house. The Museum Shop sells the previous year's ornament year-round, and begins stocking the current year's ornament sometime in November. Our's is one of the few local shops to offer this special Christmas tradition! All ornaments are $19.95.

The only president to be married in the White House is featured along with his beautiful bride on this year’s distinctively designed White House Historical Association Christmas ornament. Grover Cleveland served two terms as president of the United States beginning in 1885.  The story of his 1886 marriage to his beloved “Frank” is a romantic tale. A reproduction of the Frank Leslie engraving of the wedding of president Grover Cleveland and Frances Folsom is the focal point of this intricately decorated ornament.  It is surrounded by a delicate border of orange blossoms similar to the ones adorning Mrs. Cleveland’s wedding gown.  Add some sparkle to your tree.  This is a must for your ornament collection!

This sparkling ornament honors 21st President, Chester Arthur, by invoking the beauty of the Tiffany glass wall he installed in the North Hall of the White House.

A beautiful brass wreath encircles a small ceramic stone depicting the South Front of the White House, honoring the presidency of James Garfield.
