The Leadership Colloquium for Professional Women (LCPW) is hosted by the University of Mary Washington College of Graduate and Professional Studies as a service to professional women in Virginia.

The Colloquium
The Colloquium prepares women for leadership positions. Highlights are a keynote speech by an accomplished leader, seminars, and networking. The Colloquium attracts managers, administrators, educators, business owners and leaders of public, private and nonprofit organizations.

Mission Statement
“The Leadership Colloquium will provide women with the tools needed to identify, assess and expand their leadership and management skills. Participants will have the chance to develop the actions and directions upon which to build their personal effectiveness. Unlike other programs, this Colloquium will provide ongoing support by offering yearly leadership training and networking opportunities for the women who participate…”

The Location
The University of Mary Washington College of Graduate and Professional Studies in Stafford County hosts the Colloquium. From Interstate 95, take Exit 133, Route 17 North. Travel about 3 miles north on Route 17. Turn left onto Village Parkway at traffic light. Turn right onto University Boulevard.
