Students Having FunYou won't have to look far—there's always something going on at UMW! Ours is one of the most active and engaging campuses you'll find with lots to do and a campus that's the perfect size for making plenty of great friends.

Stuff To Do at the U

  • During the week, student clubs and organizations host events ranging from lectures to dances to freaky ESP night.
  • Throughout the year, the Student Entertainment Committee, better known as Giant Productions, brings a variety of musical acts to campus including nationally known performers such as Lonestar, John Legend, The Roots, and John Mayer.
  • Can't sleep? The Wash Room features ping pong, pool tables, and video games late into the night.
  • Got the blahs? Pump up your energy at the Fitness Center.
