off-campus entertainers

We would like to extend an invitation to you or your group for a possible performance at the 18th Annual Multicultural Fair at the University of Mary Washington on Saturday, April 5, 2008, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Fair is an entire day devoted to multicultural entertainment, children's activities, international and American food, and ethnic craft vendors. Live entertainment is scheduled throughout the day, during which time performers are given the opportunity to exhibit their talents in a variety of ways. The theme selected for this year's event is Differences Enrich Us All.

Over 4,000 people attended the fair last year. The event is free and open to the public, and provides an opportunity to showcase the broad diversity of cultures within our society. Your performance is significant to the accomplishment of this goal.

Enclosed you will find a Performance Application and Vendor Registration Application. If you are interested in being considered for a performance booking, please complete the applications and return them to the address provided at the bottom of the form no later than Monday, February 4, 2008. Keep in mind, however, that submitting the application does not guarantee participation in the Fair.
