Room Reservations
Request must be submitted at least ten days prior to the event.
Make sure the room is available.
Click on this link to ensure that the room is available to reserve.
You can submit one of two ways:
Electronic Form (preferred)
You can fill out an electronic form and send it via email to osacs@umw.edu. You can download a copy of the form by clicking:

Instructions for submiting an electronic form:
- Fill out all the required information on the form
- Save the form with all of your information
- Send the form to osacs@umw.edu
Save the copy of the electronic form to your desktop
