Payroll

The Payroll Office is responsible for payroll related payments and leave records for all employees and student workers located at the University of Mary Washington, the James Monroe Presidential Center, James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library and the Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont. Changes of name, address, withholding amounts, direct deposit information, and leave forms should all be immediately forwarded to the Payroll Office. This will ensure accurate paychecks, earnings and leave records.

Payroll and leave forms, including those for direct deposit, federal and state tax withholdings and retirement contributions, may be found on the Forms page listed at left.

Employees may access current information about their earnings, leave and benefits by visiting the Virginia Department of Accounts Payline website. Please use the links at left for information about signing up or to directly access the site.

The Payroll Office is located in Centre Court, Suite 104. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
