New Policy: E.3.9.5. On-Call and Call Back Compensation

The  On-Call and Call Back Compensation Policy was adopted January 9, 2014. The policy will be effective January 16, 2014. The purpose of the policy is to establish guidance for compensating employees who are scheduled to be on call and/or to return to work in response to emergency or essential work situations related to his or her official duties and responsibilities.
