TIP Center
The Teaching Innovation Center is located in duPont 210. The Center
supports the Teaching Innovation Program (TIP), by providing programs
and support for faculty to reflect on their teaching practices with
a mind to enhance and improve their instructional delivery. TIP seeks
to support faculty endeavors that are likely to lead to successful teaching
innovation. Information about the center’s library holdings and
an on-line version of its newsletter, Tip-It, can be seen on the center’s
section of the University’s Web site, “Teaching Innovation
Program (TIP) Center,” http://www.umw.edu/tip/.
More information about other center programs, small travel grants fund
and seminars, is available from the center or from the program chair.
