Chapter 7: General Services
The University’s mail room is located in the Woodard Campus Center and runs under contract with the Pitney Bowes. Personal mail and packages may be sent from this facility during its normal window hours. The mail room serves the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and Fedex, including their overnight services.
Each faculty member has a department mail box for delivery of on-campus
and off-campus mail and packages. Deliveries are made by Pitney Bowes
employees. Outgoing College business mail and packages must be accompanied
by the appropriate form for cost-allocation purposes; forms are available
from the department support staff.
