Chapter 8: General Information
Identification Card
Identification cards are issued by the Office of Auxiliary Services
at the EagleOne Card Center, located in the bottom floor of the Woodard
Campus Center. Call the Center (654-1005) to make an appointment, once
you have completed the identification card form distributed by the Office
of Human Resources. The card must be returned upon termination of employment.
