Accident Report Procedures (also see Security)

All emergencies should be reported to the Information/Security Desk in the lobby of the South Building. In the event of a life-threatening situation, a member of the CGPS staff or a Security Officer will contact the appropriate county emergency service.

The CGPS Information Desk phone number is 540/286-8000. A member of the staff is on duty from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

CGPS Security Officers may be contacted from 4:45 to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday by calling 540/286-8055.

Voicemail messages to 286-8055 shall be returned in no more than 20 minutes.
