Faculty and academic Advisors

The Office of Advising Services provides academic advisors. They are available to help degree-seeking students interpret general education and concentration requirements, choose courses and devise plans for their course of study. Each degree-seeking student also is assigned a faculty teaching advisor who can help with course substitutions and other concerns in the concentration. BPS, MBA, MSMIS and MBA/MSMIS students normally meet with an academic advisor to select classes for the coming semester or session and are referred to their faculty advisor when deemed necessary. MEd students must meet with their faculty advisor each semester.
