Fees/Tuition Payment

For information about current tuition and fees, students should consult the most recent version of the UMW Guide to Registration or go to the Student Accounts page.

Payment

Students will be billed for their courses. An e-bill will be sent to the student's UMW email account. All checks and money orders should be made payable to UMW. Students whose tuition and fees are being paid in full or in part by an employer must include a completed and signed billing authorization with the Course Registration form. Students must also include a check or money order for any amount of tuition and fees that will not be paid by the employer. Students who are receiving financial aid must include the award letter or other appropriate paperwork with the Course Registration form.

Refund Schedule

CGPS degree, non-degree, and certificate students are entitled to refunds based on the schedule published in the UMW Guide to Registration.
