Logo, Medallion, Name, and Seal
Use of UMW

No member of the University community, student or faculty group, club or organization, or non-University group, business, or individual may use the seal of UMW, the name "College of Graduate and Professional Studies" or "the University of Mary Washington," or the logo, medallion, or mascot symbol, as part of its title, name, or designation, or in the title or name of any publication or for advertising purposes of items or good or on a bank account without prior written approval from the UMW Office of Publications. The official University colors are navy blue, gray and white.
