I visited Fredericksburg with Cheryl Smith Shiembob, my former roommate, and
Debra Akers Berry about a month ago. We enjoyed a day of shopping and lunch
with Valerie Stimson McKenney and Kathleen Hilker Crockett, who came down
from Northern Virginia. Cheryl and husband Mark celebrated their 25th wedding
anniversary in November 2003.
Hilary Hammond Bikowski and husband Michael also live in Northern Virginia.
They have four children. Hilary was promoted and is now the director of education
for the Society of Interventional Radiology.
Eileen Wiles Sateriale and husband Ken live in Bowie, Md., with their two
teenage daughters. Eileen works at the Department of the Treasury. The Sateriale
family was set to take a summer trip to Reno, Nev.
My husband, Don, and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in October
2003. I’m sure a lot of you are enjoying similar celebrations and occasions
