The “Checking for CRAAP” module helps teach students to tell the difference between appropriate and inappropriate sources for papers and bibliographies. Our hope is that this module will help your FSEM students do some really excellent research.
Here is a short guide, How to Use the Checking for CRAAP Module in Your Class, to assist you. The guide was written for the spring 2014 pilot participants, but much of the information is useful no matter when you are planning to use the module. Note that there is a quiz in Canvas to accompany the module, and data from that assessment will be collect for use in our assessment of the QEP. The document How do I Import the QEP CRAAP Quiz will be useful for getting things set up in Canvas.
