Policies and Procedures

The Office of the Registrar is located on the Fredericksburg Campus in George Washington Hall, Room 215. We are available in the office to assist you in person from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. On the links to the lower left, you will find explanations of various University policies and office procedures, as well as forms available for download.

Although the Office of the Registrar's policies are University-wide, procedures for certain Registrar activities, for reasons of convenience, may differ for students on the the Stafford Campus (College of Graduate and Professional Studies).
