Add/Drop or Withdrawal
DROPPING AND ADDING COURSES BEFORE THE SEMESTER BEGINS
DROPPING A COURSE(S) -- Students may drop a course(s) any time during the registration period. A student must drop a course(s) on or before January 15, 2006 to prevent financial penalty. If a course(s) is dropped on January 16, 2006 or thereafter, a financial penalty will be imposed.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS – Students who drop all course(s) they are registered for the semester on or before January 15, 2006, must submit a Course (Semester) Cancellation form. A Leave of Absence form should also be submitted at that time.DROPPING AND/OR ADDING A COURSE(S) ONCE THE SEMESTER HAS BEGUN
ADDING A COURSE(S) – Any student adding a course(s) on December 1st or thereafter must pay full tuition and fees at the time they are registering for the course or courses.
14-WEEK COURSES
JANUARY 21, 2006 is the last day to add or register for a 14-week semester course
1ST SEVEN-WEEK COURSES
JANUARY 21st is the last day to add or register for a 1st seven-week session course
2ND SEVEN-WEEK COURSES
MARCH 18th is the last day to add or register for a 2nd seven-week session course
DROPPING COURSE(S)
14-WEEK COURSES
FEBRUARY 3, 2006 is the last day to drop a 14-week semester course(s) without a grade of “W” and last day to receive 100% reimbursement
MARCH 17, 2006 is the last day to drop a 14-week semester course(s) without an automatic grade of “F”. No reimbursement will be given.
MBA ONLY -- 1ST SEVEN-WEEK COURSES
JANUARY 25, 2006 is the last day to drop a course(s) without a grade of “W” and last day to receive 100% reimbursement.
FEBRUARY 15, 2006 is the last day to drop a course(s) without an automatic “F”. No reimbursement will be given.
2ND SEVEN-WEEK COURSE
MARCH 22, 2006 is the last day to drop a course(s) without a grade of “W” and last day to receive 100% reimbursement.
APRIL 12, 2006 is the last day to drop a course(s) without an automatic “F”. No reimbursement will be given.
