Take I95 south to Exit 133 (17 north of Warrenton), approximately 3 miles west of Interstate, turn left onto Village Parkway. Turn right onto University Boulevard (this is the road that leads to our parking lot).

From US 1 North:

Take US 1 North toward Fredericksburg, cross the Falmouth Bridge. After the bridge, make a left at the first traffic light. This is 17 north. Proceed north on 17 past I-95, and additional 3 miles. Turn left onto Village Parkway, then right onto University Boulevard (this is the road that leads to our parking lot).

From US 1 South:

Take US 1 South toward Fredericksburg, when you get to Route 17 and Butler Road, make a right turn at the light. This is 17 north. Proceed north on 17 past I-95, and an additional 3 miles. Turn left onto Village Parkway, then right onto University Boulevard (this is the road that leads to our parking lot).
