Cash Flow Management
The important aspect of cash flow management is avoiding extended cash shortages caused by having too great a gap between cash inflows and outflows. If you can't pay your bills for an extended length of time, you will not stay in business. This seminar will cover definitions and terms, forecasting income and expenses, cash flow projections, analysis, management action, financing, and case studies.
