Payment Plans, Credit Card or ACH Payments

** Payment plan budgeting is the responsibility of the student. UMW will not change budgeted agreements without the consent of the responsible party. Student's should contact the Office of Student Accounts if changes are made to a student's account after the payment plan is created.**

The University of Mary Washington has contracted with Nelnet Business Solutions (Formerly FACTS Management Co.) to provide options for payment plans and credit card and ACH payments through Nelnet's EaglePAY & eCashier program for the 2009-2010 academic year.

Students log into EaglePAY through the EagleLink portal, select the Accounts & Financial Aid Tab, then choose the EaglePAY link in the top left corner of the page. Authorized Users can access EaglePAY to enroll in a payment plan or to make a one-time credit card or ACH payment by choosing the EaglePAY button below. Students must set up their parent or guardian as an authorized payer in order for the authorized payer to receive a user id and password.

Please note that a convenience fee is charged for all credit card payments made through Nelnet Business Solutions. Payments can be made with Mastercard, American Express or Discover or by using a bank routing number and account number.

Annual Payment Plan 2009-2010 Full Payments may be made on eCashier.

Fall Payment Plan 2009 Full payments may be made on eCashier

Spring Payment Plan 2010 Full payments may be made on eCashier
