Faculty and Staff E-mail

NOTE: You must first obtain a Network User ID and Password before accessing your e-mail account. Your USER ID will be your e-mail address (e.g., USERID@umw.edu). WINDOWS USERS

University of Mary Washington faculty and staff working on Windows-based computers use GroupWise as their on-campus email program (also referred to as the "GroupWise Client"). Start the Groupwise Tutorial>>

MAC USERS (OS9 AND OSX)

Faculty and Staff who are Mac users may use Webmail (http://webmail.umw.edu), or may install alternate commercially-available e-mail programs (also referred to as "clients"), such as Eudora. The native Mail program in Mac OSX may also be configured to access the UMW E-mail system.

OFF-CAMPUS USERS (WINDOWS AND MAC)

If you are off-campus and have access to the Internet, you can most easily check your e-mail by going to our Webmail interface at http://webmail.umw.edu. Start the Webmail tutorial>>
