Off-Campus Network Access

Off-Campus system access services differ depending on whether you are a a faculty/staff member or student. Details are provided below:

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and Staff require the use of an outside ISP to access the UMW systems remotely. These broadband connections will then require the use of the UMW's "VPN" to gain access to UMW servers and network resources. More about the VPN.

Students

Students can exchange and view Novell shared directory files through their Web browser.
