The Help Desk is working to develop new means for you to report outages or urgent needs for assistance by telephone or special e-mail when the Help Desk itself is closed. When those new processes are in place, we will describe them here.
Meanwhile, you can review the on-line documentation we have made available to see if you can find your answer there. If those resources don't solve the problem, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@umw.edu or leave a telephone message at (540) 654-2255, and the Help Desk staff will respond as soon as they can.
