Resident Technology Assistants (RTAs) provide technical support to our resident students. The program is an extension of the Technology Assistance Center’s support mechanism of DoIT at the University of Mary Washington. A selection of highly trained and dedicated students who live in the residence halls will support fellow students with an array of technical issues. As both student and a staff member, the RTA must maintain the difficult balance between academic responsibilities and the responsibilities of the position.
