The Resident Technology Assistance Program

We are pleased to announce the development of this new and exciting program which provides technical support to our resident students. This program is an extension of the Department of Information Technologies at the University of Mary Washington. A selection of highly trained and dedicated students who live in the residence halls support their fellow students with an array of technical issues. As both student and a staff member, the RTA must maintain the difficult balance between academic responsibilities and the responsibilities of the position.
