Where is the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is on the Fredericksburg Campus; we're currently located in the modular unit behind George Washington Hall.

You can also access the online Help Desk at http://www.umw.edu/technology. There you will find step-by-step guidelines that may help you tackle the problem on your own. Remember, you can always call 540-654-2255 or contact us via email at HelpDesk@umw.edu should you have problems.
