UMW Finance Card and WORKS for New Cardholders, Approvers, and Supervisors
First Billing Cycle Assistance - Optional Training for current users of the National City Card and their Supervisors and/or Works Approvers. Targeted for WORKS users requesting assistance on transaction reviews, sign-off, approvals, or reporting. Sessions will be held in the Board Room.
Please call to reserve a one-on-one session or phone meeting.
Friday, November 20th - 10-4:00
Fundamentals of Finance - Introduction to Finance training, security needs, passwords, and chart of accounts. This is a prerequisite class for additional eVA and Banner training.
Tuesday, November 3rd, 10-11:00
Purchasing with eVA and the Small Purchase Credit Card (SPCC) - Required training for departmental purchasers. These classes may be taken prior to Banner INB, Direct Pay and Budget training. Both parts 1 and 2 are required and are a prerequisite to receiving a SPCC.

Banner INB-The Direct Pay Process - Required training for departmental purchasers.
Friday, November 13th, 10-11:30
Banner Budget Queries and Reports - Hands on instruction for departmental budget views and reporting for INB and SSB. You must have your INB password.
Thursday, November 5th, 3-4:30
Open Lab-Centered on U at Centre Court - Assistance for any finance related practice or review. Please register for ½ hour one-on-one support sessions. Email vchapman@umw.edu for an appointment time.
