Appendix R:  Using Your Mouse or Keyboard

Using either your mouse or the keyboard is an acceptable means of navigating through Banner.  Find the method that works best for you.


Using a MousE Mouse

    1. Click the desired drop-down menu name.
    2. Menu items appear.
    3. Click the desired menu item.

Using the Keyboard Keyboard

  1. Press the Alt key. The cursor moves to the menu bar.

  2. Use the right and left arrow keys to highlight the desired drop-down menu name. Then press Enter.


    OR


    Press the underlined letter for the desired drop-down menu name.

  3. Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the desired menu item. Then press Enter.


    OR


    Press the underlined letter for the desired menu item.
