Time Management

This course outlines some basic time management obstacles and provides guidelines for working through them. Participants also participate in group exercises relevant to their own time management issues.

Handling difficult conversations


If you're having trouble starting that difficult conversation with your boss or coworker or don't know how to facilitate concrete changes from such a conversation, this is the course for you. During this course, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with a step-by-step process in a variety of conflict situations.

 

Teambuilding

Forming, storming, conforming, and norming-what do these words really mean and what stage is my team in? This course provides an explanation of typical team behavior and gives participants an opportunity to analyze their own team's behavior and to practice skills that will enhance team effectiveness.

Customer Service


Whether we have internal or external customers, the style of customer service we choose to adopt continues to be a decisive factor in the image we portray. Using various customer service philosophies for a foundation, this course will focus on real-life work situations and the many opportunities we have to make choices in our customer service approach.

 

Project Management

When leading a new project, it is often difficult to know where to begin and how to stay on task. This course serves as a practical guide to project facilitation and management. Come prepared with a current project in hand so you can develop a project implementation plan during the course!
