Setup a Show: Make Comments on a Presentation

PowerPoint 2007 allows you to make comments on your own presentation and it allows you to share the presentation with colleagues to get their feedback.

To make a comment on a presentation:

1. In the Review Tab/Comments Group, click on the New Comment icon.

2. A comment sheet will appear on the current slide. Write your comment.

To receive comments from your colleagues:

1. Send your presentation to selected colleagues or place it on the share drive and alert your colleagues that you are seeking comments on the presentation. Colleagues will follow the same process above to make a comment.

2. To view comments from others, click on the Show Markup Icon in the Comments Group.

3. The comment made on the current slide will become visible.

4. To see the next comment, click on the Next icon in the comments group.

5. You may make the suggested changes if you wish or you may edit the comment by clicking on the Edit Comment icon.

You may view a comment by placing your cursor on the comment notation on the current slide.
