- Login to the Contribute Site Management Tools page
(click here to go to the tutorial on how to access the Site Management Tools).
- In the My Departments listing, find the appropriate department and click on Site Structure.
- Once you have reached the Site Management Tools page, under the green plus sign, click on Add a New Page.

- Choose where you would like to add this new page.
- Now you need to enter in the page information. This is not the page content but just site structure information.
- Title – the name to display on menus and breadcrumbs
- Page Type – Fixed Width Department Breadcrumb, Department Sidenav, or Sidenav with Editable Right, small
- Main Description – brief summary of what is in this new section
- Keywords – words you would search for if you were doing a Google search
- Active Setting – choose where to have the page active or inactive
- Harvest Content From – location from which any information is gathered
- Include in A-Z Index? – yes or no
- A-Z Index Description – description if section is included in the index
- A-Z Index Aliases – title and short description
- Title – the name to display on menus and breadcrumbs
- Click Submit.
- You will now find yourself back to the Site Management Tools page.
- To change or add content to the page you have just created, click on the name of the site in the upper right-hand corner of your Contribute Window then navigate to the page itself. Click the Edit Page button
