University Name Implementation Committee
The University Name Implementation Committee consists of staff members from those offices that will be most involved in the process of implementing the change in the institution’s name, particularly in its graphic design applications. This includes changes in campus signage, publications, and similar applications of the university name. As an advisory group, the committee will not be involved in making policy decisions, but will recommend to the president what needs to be accomplished to implement the University of Mary Washington name on both the arts and sciences campus in Fredericksburg and the graduate and professional studies campus in Stafford.
