Seth Casana: When other people see problems, Seth sees a challenge. He is always working to creatively improve the UMW web site and make it easier for UMW employees to manage. ~ Teresa Mannix

Kenneth McCullough: KC has helped the purchasing department with great ideas to implement the SWaM requirements for purchasing which affects every buyer on campus. KC takes the apprehension out of this state mandated requirement with his easy-going and comfortable leadership approach with the purchasing and all other departments. ~Roxanne Ehardt

Mark Simpkins: Thank you for your continued hard work on coming up with ways to make the sound system in Dodd work. Thank you for all the research you have done on what we need to improve the sound in Dodd. It will greatly pay off when it all comes together. ~ Doug

Patrick O'Connor: Patrick is a wonder at coming up with ideas to keep the equipment in Jepson working. He is always cheerful and willing to sit down and discuss options for procedures, equipment, etc. He makes sure that everything in Jepson runs smoothly so that we do our jobs without having to worry. ~ Deborah O'Dell

Martha Burtis: Martha's vision has quietly pushed UMW into the forefront of teaching and learning technologies. She works ceaselessly and oversees a staff of highly creative visionaries with humility, intelligence, and dedication. ~Anonymous

AJ Newell: AJ met with and shared some of the interesting things she had learned at a Case conference through a "KeyNote" presentation, which is a very cool version of a PowerPoint-like software for Macs. She took the group through an analytical methodology of developing creative ideas. Her presentation skills and the information she shared were impressive, and we ended up with some really good ideas for a marketing campaign. ~Jeanne Burkett

Pauline Jenkins: Pauline has worked on a difficult project this year requiring input from a multitude of departments. She developed methods for effective communication, created reporting tools, and streamlined the project process. Sue Lafayette: Sue schedules event logistics at CGPS in addition to her other duties. She is constantly coordinating set up, catering, technology, and numerous logistics to ensure each event flows smoothly. The Jepson Alumni Executive Center is a wonderful facility for all our guests due to her attention to detail and always thinking outside the box to be creative with our events.
