The Center for Career and Professional Development provides a central hub for career advising to UMW students and alumni. We offer appointments<\/a> to help with resumes and cover letters, interviews, internships, job searches, career options, choosing a major and getting into graduate school.<\/p>

As faculty members, you play an essential role in helping students cultivate the competencies, skills, and opportunities that will help them develop a meaningful Life After Mary Washington. We invite you to partner with us on our shared mission of student empowerment and discovery!<\/p>

Whether you refer a student to our office for help finding an internship, or invite us to present to your class on a topic like interview skills, please know that we are here to support, engage, and educate students on professional matters. We look forward to collaborating with you!<\/p>
