Here\u2019s how we do it\u2026<\/h3>\n

Sure, you can take a writing course anywhere, but here, you can take a writing course that delves into the process of using writing as a tool for healing. You can take a budgeting class in any continuing education program, but here, you can take your learning to the next level by learning how to use financial data to make better decisions. We know it\u2019s not enough to simply learn how to read a financial statement. In order to exercise competent and uncommonly effective leadership, you have to know how to interpret financial data and \u2013 ultimately \u2013 how to leverage that knowledge to make sound decisions for your organization. That\u2019s value back to your employer and time well spent for you.<\/p>\n

As a former consultant, I know what it\u2019s like to be placed in positions where you know you are smart enough to do the work, but you need a little help to truly excel. While YouTube has revolutionized our ability as a society to grasp just-in-time learning, sometimes we need a little more. Sometimes we need to learn from others in the classroom or online. Sometimes we need an expert in a particular discipline to break down the complex into the simplistic so that we can build our skill set in a way that best suits our needs.<\/p>\n
