The selection of <a href=\"https:\/\/students.umw.edu\/multicultural\/diversity-education-toolkit\/\">trainings and workshops<\/a> is designed to increase cultural understanding, examination of bias, or self-awareness of identity.<\/p>\n<h2>James Farmer Resource Guide<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/libguides.umw.edu\/jamesfarmer\">James Farmer and the Freedom Rides Library Resource Guide<\/a> was created in 2011 for the 50th Anniversary of the Freedom Rides.
