Please completely follow the instructions below to update your address:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Submit a <a href=\"http:\/\/academics.umw.edu\/registrar\/forms\/\">Change of Address<\/a> form with the Registrar&rsquo;s Office<\/li>\n<li>Log on to <a href=\"http:\/\/payline.doa.virginia.gov\/\">Virginia Payline<\/a> and select &ldquo;Pay History&rdquo; to review the address and name on your pay stub.<\/li>\n<li>Click &ldquo;Employee Profile&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li>Click &ldquo;Request Profile Change&rdquo;<\/li>\n<li>Enter the changes needed<\/li>\n<li>Then select &ldquo;Accept&rdquo; at the bottom of the screen<\/li>\n<li>Log out<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2>Change of Direct Deposit<\/h2><p>Please submit a new <a href=\"https:\/\/mailumw.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Staff-FN-TESS-FSTrain\/Shared%20Documents\/Forms\/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FStaff%2DFN%2DTESS%2DFSTrain%2FShared%20Documents%2FDirectDepositAuthorization%208%2E2019%2Epdf&amp;parent=%2Fsites%2FStaff%2DFN%2DTESS%2DFSTrain%2FShared%20Documents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">direct deposit form<\/a> to the Office of Financial Aid and mark &ldquo;Change&rdquo; on the form. New forms should include one of the following:<\/p><ul>\n<li>A voided check, <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A screen print of your account and routing numbers from online banking, <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A signature from your bank verifying the account and routing numbers on your form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Keeping your address current is important for the mail distribution of your W-2.
