Hundreds of University of Mary Washington alumni, family and friends will converge onto the Fredericksburg campus this weekend, Oct. 20-21, to celebrate Homecoming weekend.
Tola Murphy-Baran, the first female senior executive of the National Football League, will give a talk at the University of Mary Washington on Thursday, Oct. 19.
A screening of Green Fire, a documentary about renowned conservationist Aldo Leopold, and a discussion will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Digital Auditorium of the Hurley Convergence Center at the University of Mary Washington.
In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the University of Mary Washington will spread messages of awareness and prevention throughout the month of October.
