We believe that living on-campus can have a significant positive effect on the success of students, both academically and holistically. Students who live on campus are more likely to develop a sense of belonging, maintain a higher GPA, and graduate from UMW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The residential experience at UMW promotes many of the skills you will need in life after Mary Wash. From developing meaningful connections to resolving conflict to learning how to cook and do your own laundry, living on-campus provides opportunities to extend the classroom into real-world experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
