Update on Jack Allen's visit.

Response to Roy Smith's committee on future projections of MWC and JMC programs and staffing: Report prepared by Phil, Meta, and Brenda.  Committee wants explanation of numbers by Phil and Meta before deciding to release the report. 

Mehdi dispensed a report on Centers for the Fredericksburg campus.  He will complete his report at the next meeting of the committee. 

• The committee members who were present completed this task.  (See attached.)  Further suggestions can be made at the March 23rd meeting.  (Thanks for the good work session, Gail, Mehdi, and George!)

• Discuss/Approve working document to share with Roy's committee.
• Approve plan for how to find answers to our questions.  (Assignment: Decide which section you would like to research, i.e., find good examples through Best Colleges Guide, etc., and report in April.  We will assign tasks at the meeting.)
• Report from Mehdi on centers/integration of disciplines on Fredericksburg campus.
• Report from Donald on demographics.
• If Larry Penwell can join us, seek his counsel on our next course of action.
