Approved plan for how to find answers to our questions.  (Sent by e-mail to all committee members.)

• Report from Donald on demographics.  He will continue demographic study, especially on impact of growth in K-12 student populations.

• Mehdi's report on centers/integration of disciplines on Fredericksburg campus was dispensed (again).

• Larry Penwell recommended a plan of action:

Fall--Set up focus groups, be prepared for regional phone survey (Pam will check on marketing classes that may help with this.), need survey questions.  First part of fall--Other schools we want to visit (that have been successful with what we are trying to do).  Things to do: What are our analogs?  Survey development over summer.  On street right away in fall!
