NEW PROGRAMS COMMITTEE
BRIEF MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 15, 2002 MEETING

In attendance: Meta Braymer, Gail Brooks, Phil Hall, Pam Hopkins, George Meadows, Donald Rallis, and Brenda Vogel.

The committee continued to discuss programs based on our matrix. Programs were prioritized for both campuses and placed in categories of “first five years” and “second five years”. The final matrix will be put in order of priority for easier interpretation.

• George will make these changes to the matrix.
• Gail will draft the “distance learning” part of our report.
• Brenda will draft our final report and send it to everyone for feedback prior to and/or discussion at our May 21st meeting.

Task for next meeting, Tuesday, May 21, 2002, 3-5 p.m., G.W. Hall, Room 106, on the Fredericksburg campus: finalize our report.
