Major Questions and Concerns Raised Regarding the Content

	Need to define Administrative Services Organization Analogs should provide valuable data Parallel structures may prove most useful.
	Need to address Curriculum Coordination Better definition of the boundaries between the two campuses, e.g., Transfer credit, permissions, Both the BLS, & BPS programs boundaries need clarification BLS Committee working on this issue Need to manage coordination and competition
	Clearly define the Faculty Structure(s)
	Maintaining identities
	Marketing identities
	What are the pluses and minuses of marketing two colleges versus one University
	How do we handle distance learning? Distance Learning Task Force is currently addressing this question.
	What is the State of Virginia's Masterplan? We need clearer picture of how the Administration/Assembly in Richmond understands MWC/JMC
	Academic Planning needed We need an integrated Strategic Plan that includes definition of the developing Academic needs with direct ties to the budget.
