How does the faculty govern itself? Describe structure for faculty governance.    
What are the advantages and disadvantages of such structure?
III. Faculty Appointments
Define full-time faculty appointments at your institution (tenure-track vs. multi year).  
What is the teaching load of full-time undergraduate faculty and of full-time graduate faculty?
What are the rights and responsibilities of full-time faculty in the areas of contract negotiation and intellectual property?
