JMC Image Discussion

1.   What is the perception of JMC in the Fredericksburg community by each of the following?
 

  • Community residents
  • Business community
  • School teachers (K-12) and school superintendents in the region
  • MWC students and faculty
  • People outside of the Fredericksburg area
  • Graduate school programs outside the Fredericksburg area
  • Members of the General Assembly
  • Economic development professionals in the region
  • Fellow JMC students

2.   What are JMCÌs greatest strengths? Weaknesses? What can be done to capitalize on JMCÌs strengths and to  overcome its weaknesses?

3.   Do you have any suggestions with regard to marketing and communicating specific program offerings at JMC to prospective students? For both degree and non-degree programs.

Does JMC have a clearly articulated mission and is this being communicated effectively?
How does JMCÌs mission mesh with the overall mission of MWC? Suggestions?
