Residence hall room reservations paid by check and cancelled before 5 PM on April 29 may be refunded as part of this procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation after payment by credit card and involving no residence hall room reservations will result in a refund of the amount paid minus a 2.75% credit card processing fee and minus a $5 payment processing fee. Residence hall room reservations paid by credit card and cancelled before 5 PM on April 29 may be refunded as part of this procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Residence hall room reservations not cancelled by 5 PM on April 29 must be paid in full and no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation notifications should be sent as early as possible via email to <a href=\"mailto:aconway@smv.org\">aconway@smv.org<\/a>. All refunds will be assessed and processed by the Virginia Academy of Science.<\/p>\n<p>To obtain a refund, please make your request via email to <a href=\"mailto:aconway@smv.org\">aconway@smv.org<\/a> no later than May 23.
