Commencement Picnic Lunch

Celebrate your commencement with family and friends at the Commencement Picnic Lunch held in the Chandler Grove on the Fredericksburg Campus. The menu is available below and includes both vegetarian and vegan options. Tickets may be purchased on-site for $12 a person.

In the case of rain, the lunch will be held in Seacobeck Hall.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Virginia ham and cheddar cheese on a southern style buttermilk biscuit,
finished with poppy seed Dijon dressing

cubed russet potatoes combined with mayonnaise, mustard, and a hint of vinegar

 Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad
orzo pasta with tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, and white beans
tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette

tossed with bell peppers, red onion, cumin, and lime vinaigrette
