The University of Mary Washington will present an exhibition featuring the artwork of 10 senior studio art majors. The exhibition will be held in the duPont Gallery from Friday, February 15 to Sunday, February 24, with an opening reception the evening of February 15.
Hours for the exhibition will be Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. Hours for the opening reception will be 5 to 7 p.m. at the gallery. Both the show and the reception are open to the public without charge.
As part of the studio art degree at the University of Mary Washington, senior students organize an exhibition of their work. Students featured in the show include Gabriela Arellano of Fairfax; Matt Czapiewski of Alexandria; Cristina Falcone of Dix Hills, N.Y.; Emily Hermes of Vienna; Wesley Hough of Stafford; Richard Jones of Fredericksburg; Davette Leonard of Washington, Va.; Jessica Mackay of Catlett; David Rogers of Winchester; and Joann Tong of Ashburn.
The exhibit will include painting, sculpture, mixed media, drawing, printmaking, photography and ceramics.
